We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery remains aligned with customer requirements, commercial objectives and business priorities.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of complex projects, bringing together people, resources and plans to achieve successful outcomes.
You'll work closely with customers, technical experts and internal stakeholders to manage project performance, navigate challenges and ensure delivery remains on track in a fast-paced environment.
Alongside project delivery, you'll support colleagues by sharing your experience, encouraging best practice and contributing to the ongoing development of our project management capability.
Location
This role is based at our Lincoln office, providing the opportunity to work closely with a highly skilled and collaborative team supporting some of the UK's most important defence and security programmes.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven project management experience, strong leadership skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Essential experience
- Project Management Practitioner qualification
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
Desirable experience
- Membership of an appropriate professional or chartered body
- Knowledge of the Defence Industry or a similar technical discipline
It would be great if you also have experience working within secure, customer-facing environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
